 t-recession strategies\, national and state labor relations and the Employ
 ee Free Choice Act (EFCA)\, immigration reform\, healthcare reform\, busin
 ess trends and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADAAA).\n \nAdditional
 ly\, the conference will provide Nevada business owners\, managers and hum
 an resource professionals with timely legislative and legal updates specif
 ic to our state.\n\nDuring the conference\, the Nevada State Council will 
 present the Workplace Readiness Award to one outstanding organization that
  has demonstrated a commitment to the re-training and development of the N
 evada workforce.\n \nDebra Solt\, director of workforce development for Ve
 gas PBS\, will be the featured keynote speaker during the lunch program\, 
 which will also include the soothing sounds of Carl Ferris\, the popular F
